Wow this is the exact same car – #9 – that my Great Uncle is seen driving in a family photo — except for the canopy (removed in your shot it appears). My Great Uncle – Harvey Choate Maguire – was a conductor for the Railway in the 1898 period. A brother of his (Wallis) was an investor and is also seen in the photo I have. Both Uncles moved from Canada where they were born to California. I am happy to share the photo if someone wishes to contact me. I would be interested to know if any employee or investor records have survived?
